For all Pell Grant eligible students who have met Satisfactory Academic Progress, completed their files, been awarded and enrolled in courses that begin at the start of term, the first 25% Pell Grant refund (scheduled the week prior to start of the term) is for books and supplies. The 2nd 25% refund for these courses would be scheduled after census (refer to chart below). Late start courses would be included after the 2nd freeze date for the term. If you have questions, please contact your campus financial aid office.
For all Direct Loan students at Coastline Community College (CCC), please be advised at least 6 units enrolled in for the term must have started, to qualify for the CCC Direct Loan fund refund dates listed below.
Refund dates are subject to change without notice.
In order for awards to be disbursed, all students are checked for satisfactory academic progress and enrollment status. Enrollment status is:
| Full time | 12.0 or more units |
| Three-quarter time | 9.0 to 11.99 units |
| Half time | 6.0 to 8.99 units |
| Less than half time | 0.55 to 5.99 units |
All semesters/terms have the same enrollment status, including summer session.
