Coast Colleges deliver your refund with BankMobile Disbursements, a technology solution, powered by BMTX, Inc.

To Select a Refund Option:

Log into mycoast.cccd.edu. Once logged in, click on the BankMobile link, which will direct you to the BankMobile Disbursements website where you can select your refund option.

Notification of Refunds:

An email notification will be sent to you from BankMobile Disbursements once your refund has been processed. To check the status of your refund, click here:https://www.firstcarolinabank.com/disbursements/refundchoicessso

To sign up for mobile alerts, log into your profile, and under the 'User Profile' tab, select 'Mobile Alerts.'

Don't Get Scammed! Watch Out for Phishing Emails

Scam emails claiming to be from BankMobile or Financial Aid are circulating and may warn of delayed or missing disbursements. This type of scam is known as phishing. These messages are not legitimate and are not sent by the Coast District or the colleges in the Coast District - Coastline College, Golden West College, and Orange Coast College.

If there is any uncertainty, do not click links and contact the Financial Aid Office for your college directly to verify whether a message is legitimate.

Fake Email: Scammers send messages that look like official campus or BankMobile emails. They often claim your financial aid is delayed or at risk.
Fake Form: The link leads to a form asking for personal information or passwords. We will NEVER ask for this.
Stop & Report: Do not click links or enter information. Take a screenshot and send it to: phishing@cccd.edu

no callback number or business address
spelling errors
urgent language
