The Equal Employment Opportunity Advisory Committee (EEOAC) formed to diligently assess institutional policies and practices and the impact on hiring and retention, with a focus on equity and inclusion, as per the Coast Colleges' EEO Plan.

Committee Charge

Assist in the development, revision, and implementation of the Coast Colleges' EEO Plan and to encourage understanding and support of equity, EEO, and non-discrimination programs, polices, and procedures.

The EEOAC will be composed of a diverse membership and include members from the Distrcit stakeholder groups, including students, faculty, and classified staff.
