Cleared4 Platform for the COVID-19 Vaccination Mandate with Testing Protocol

Cleared4 Instructions
Instructions for Scheduling COVID-19 Testing Through Cleared4
Email sent to students registered for Spring 2022 on December 5, 2021

Dear Student:

As previously communicated, the COVID-19 vaccination mandate with testing protocol goes into effect on January 31, 2022. Coast Community College District has selected a health and safety platform Cleared4.

How to Access Cleared4?

If you registered for a Spring 2022 class, you will receive an email to your college email coming from no-reply@cleared4work.com. Please do not delete this email.

The email will contain a private link that is your personal, secure link to the Cleared4 system. The link never changes so you can save it to your phone home page and launch it like an app, or bookmark it to your computer. For detailed, step by step information on what to do once you received this email, please see the attached instructions.

What To Do By January 24, 2022?

Using the personal link in the email from no-reply@cleared4work.com

  • upload your vaccination documentation, or
  • submit a request for exemption from vaccination

What Will Happen After January 24, 2022?

If you submitted a request for exemption from vaccination or did not upload your vaccination documentation, using the personal link in the email from no-reply@cleared4work.com, you will be able to:

  • schedule COVID-19 testing
  • upload test results if testing was done outside the District provided testing

Testing will be provided at all District college campuses (Coastline College, Golden West College, and Orange Coast College) starting on January 31, 2022, on an appointment basis. Vaccination is also provided at each College.

It is important that before January 24, 2022 you upload your vaccination documentation or ask for an exemption from vaccination following the steps described in the attached document. All students enrolled in Spring 2022 classes will need to be either vaccinated or follow a weekly testing protocol and have a negative COVID-19 test result from the last seven days in Cleared4 in order to be able to come on campus for classes or to receive in person services.

In January, we will email instructions to the students who did not upload vaccination documentation on how to schedule COVID-19 testing at one of the District locations through the Cleared4 platform.
