​BankMobile Information

 

 

 When it comes to receiving financial aid refunds and other credit balances, you deserve choices! Coast Colleges has partnered with BankMobile to deliver any refund money we may have for you.

You will receive a bright green envelope in the mail from BankMobile which provides instructions on how to select a refund option.  This will be sent to your address on file with Coast Colleges, so please keep your address up- to- date.

 

Refund Options:

 

ELECTRONIC DEPOSIT TO AN EXISTING ACCOUNT

Money is transferred to an existing account the same business day BankMobile receives funds from Coast Colleges. Typically, it takes 1 – 2 business days for the receiving bank to credit the money to your account.

DEPOSIT TO A BANKMOBILE VIBE CHECKING ACCOUNT

When selecting a refund option, one option is to open an account with BankMobile .  The BankMobile Vibe Checking Account is an account relationship between you and BankMobile.  It is not managed or operated by the Coast Community College District.  With the BankMobile Vibe checking account, money is deposited the same business day BankMobile receives funds from Coast Colleges.

If you choose to open a BankMobile Vibe Checking Account, please review the BankMobile Terms and Conditions and applicable  Fee Schedule

To Select a Refund Option:

Log into mycoast.cccd.edu.  Once logged in, click on the BankMobile link, which will direct you to the BankMobile website RefundSelection.com where you can select your refund option.

 

Notification of Refunds:

An email notification will be sent to you from BankMobile once your refund has been processed.  You can also check the status of your refund at RefundSelection.com.  To sign up for mobile alerts, log into your profile, and under the 'User Profile' tab, select 'Mobile Alerts.'
