Coast District Student Trustee Search

The Coast District is looking for a new Student Trustee! Term of Office is June 1, 2021 - May 31, 2022 .
Applications will be accepted from April 3-18, 2021 (at 5:00 p.m.).
Once completed, please send your application to the Board Secretary at jburton@cccd.edu.

Basic Requirements

• 2.0 cumulative GPA prior to appointment and during term of office
• Enrollment in, and completion of, 5 units of Coast coursework in both fall and spring semester during term of office
• At least 18 years of age

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Attend ALL Board of Trustees meetings to provide student perspective for the entire Coast District
• Chair the District Student Council
• Have a key role in organizing Student Advocacy Day
