District Human Resources takes a leadership approach in providing comprehensive human resource management programs and services to support our faculty, staff, administrators, applicants, and other community stakeholders.

The Vice Chancellor of Human Resources provides oversight of services for all District employees, including benefits & leave management, compensation administration, employee/labor relations, collective bargaining, human resources information systems, and recruitment and selection.
