Re: Notice of Intent to Award Contract
GWC Parking Lot Repair; Bid No. 1849

The Coast Community College District has reviewed the bids for the Orange Coast College Reseal Technology Building Glass Barrel Vault; Bid No. 1849. After review, the District has determined that Surfside Restoration and Waterproofing is the lowest responsive bidder for this project.

At the September 18, 2002 Board of Trustees meeting, the Board of Trustees will entertain a motion for award of the Contract to Surfside Restoration and Waterproofing for $46,471.50.    The Board of Trustees meeting will be held at 6:30 p.m. at the District Board Room, 1370 Adams Avenue, Costa Mesa, California.
