Re: Notice of Intent to Award Contract
OCC Reroof Robert B. Moore Theater; Bid No. 1847

The Coast Community College District has reviewed the bids for the Orange Coast College Reroof Robert B. Moore Theater; Bid No. 1847 project. Alternates will be selected in the following order: Add Alternate No. 3; Add Alternate No. 2; Add Alternate No. 1 as funding permits.

After review, the District has determined that Western Single Ply is the lowest responsive bidder for this project.

At the July 17, 2002 Board of Trustees meeting, the Board of Trustees will entertain a motion for award of the Contract to Western Single Ply for $ 97,300. The Board of Trustees meeting will be held at 6:30 p.m. at the District Board Room, 1370 Adams Avenue, Costa Mesa, California.
