After review by the Physical Facilities Coordinator, Vice Chancellor of Administrative Services and legal
counsel, the following recommendation will be made to the Coast Community College District Board of
Trustees:
Recommendation that the bid proposal of Alpha & Omega Roofing for the Project be rejected as being non-responsive and that the Contract for the Project be awarded to Service First Contractors Network as the responsible bidder submitting the next lowest bid proposal; said Contract Price for said Contract shall be the amount of bid by Service First Contractors Network: $179,889.
Coast Community College District Board of Trustees meeting will be held at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, June 19,
2002. The meeting will be held at 1370 Adams Avenue, Costa Mesa, California 92626, Building "A" in the
Board Room.
