Re: Notice of Intent to Award Contract
Orange Coast College Repair/Reconstruction of Track; Bid No. 1817

The Coast Community College District has reviewed the bids for the Orange Coast College Repair/Reconstruction of Track project. After review, the District has determined that Ortiz Enterprises is the lowest responsive bidder for this project.

At the August 16, 2000 Board of Trustees meeting, the Board of Trustees will entertain a motion for award of the Contract to Ortiz Enterprises for $383,000.  The Board of Trustees meeting will be held at 6:30 p.m. at the District Board Room, 1370 Adams Avenue, Costa Mesa, California.

Bid submittals were as follows:
