Re: Notice of Intent to Award Contract
Golden West College Electronic Sign; Bid No. 1813

The Coast Community College District has reviewed the bids for the Golden West College Electronic Sign; Bid No. 1813. After review, the District has determined that Ad Art Electronic Sign Corporation is the lowest responsive bidder for this project.

At the June 21, 2000 Board of Trustees meeting, the Board of Trustees will entertain a motion for award of the Contract to Ad Art Electronic Sign Corporation for $160,777.49.  The Board of Trustees meeting will be held at 6:30 p.m. at the District Board Room, 1370 Adams Avenue, Costa Mesa, California.
