TRANSFER
1) Press the Transfer key
2) Dial the extension number
3) Announce the call (optional)
4) Press the Transfer key to transfer the call or press the flashing
green light to return to the caller.
CALL CONFERENCE (6 party maximum)
To create a conference:
1) Dial the first party
2) Announce call
3) Press the Conf key
4) Dial the next party
5) Announce the call
6) Press the Conf key
The conference call is now connected.
To add conference to an existing call:
1) Press the Conf key
2) Dial the party's number
3) Press the Conf key
The conference call is now complete.
To disconnect the last person connected, press the Drop key.
If you mis-dial while trying to call a number, press the flashing green
light and proceed from the previous step.
CALL PARK
1) Press the Transfer key
2) Dial the access code (*27) - see note 1
3) Press Transfer
4) Hang up the telephone
5) Go to the desired telephone and get dial tone
6) Dial the retrieve code (#27) and the telephone number where the call
was parked (the telephone number in step 1).
PERSONAL LIST
Programming:
1) Get dial tone
2) Dial the programming access code (*75) - see note 2
3) Dial 1
4) Dial identifier code 01 thru 19
5) Dial 9 and the telephone number - see note 3
6) Dial #
At this point, you can repeat steps 4 thru 6 and increment the identifier
code or hang up.
Placing a call:
1) Get dial tone
2) Dial the access code (*01) - see note 4
3) Dial the identifier code.
GROUP LIST
Programming (Can only be done by the designated telephone within the
group):
1) Get dial tone
2) Dial the programming access code (*75) - see note 2
3) Dial 2
4) Dial the identifier code 01 thru 29
5) Dial 9 and the telephone number - see note 3
6) Dial #
At this point, you can repeat steps 4 thru 6 and increment the identifier
code or hang up.
Placing a call:
1) Get dial tone
2) Dial the access code (*02) - see note 4
3) Dial the identifier code.
TRANSFER TO VOICE MAIL
1) Press the Trans key
2) Dial 26499#
3) Dial the voice mailbox followed by #
4) Press the Trans key.
NOTE 1 8410/8411 display sets may have a "CPark" soft key available in the display. If so, you may press this key rather than dialing the access code.
NOTE 2 8410/8411 display sets may have a "Prog" soft key available in the display. If so, you may press this key rather than dialing the access code.
NOTE 3 8410/8411 display telephones may have a Pause, Mark and Wait keys. If so, press the Pause key will insert a 3 second pause into the dialing stream each time it is pressed. This is good for pagers or dialing through auto attendants. The Mark key will wait for dial tone before sending out any more digits. The Wait key will insert a wait into the dialing stream. Once you use the speed dial code with a Wait, you will need to press the Wait key to send out the remaining digits.
NOTE 4 Some telephones may have a button assigned for these lists. In
those cases, simply press the appropriate button and dial the identifier
code.
