It is our intention that our employees and students work under the safest conditions possible in a workplace free from recognizable hazards with timely information, training, and supervision.​ 

​What does the Environmental Health & Safety department do?

The EHS department follows regulations set forth by agencies such as Fed/OSHA, Cal/OSHA, EPA, SCAQMD, and local fire departments to ensure compliance throughout the district and makes recommendations to various departments to abate hazards.
